Abhishek did B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2005. Thereafter he joined Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 2006. He has deep interests in mathematics and science. He authored the book “Mathematics for Learning Physics”. The students entering class XI normally face challenges in understanding Physics because of their non-familiarity with the concepts of Mathematics. This book is meant to facilitate smooth transition from class X to XI. The book was published by Arihant Publications India Limited, Meerut in 2011.

His Latest book “Number Theory for Olympiads” has been published in 2025. This book “Number Theory for Olympiad” is an attempt to present the interesting world of numbers in a playful manner.
